How do I place an order?
You can place your order on our secure website online or if you prefer, you can call us at 919-475-1355 to place your order.
If we do not answer right away, it is because we are assisting another customer. Please leave your name and number and we will call you as soon as possible.

Can I schedule for local pick up and not be incurred a shipping charge?
Yes, you can select " local pickup" under "Delivery" at check out. There is no charge for local pick up.

Do I pay sales tax?
You only pay sales tax if your shipment is delivered in Texas or you live in Texas for curbside pick up.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by Credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Do you include a packing slip or receipt in the package I receive?
Instead of printing a packing slip for your order, you will receive an electronic copy with the itemized list of the products along with the price and picture of each item on the date of your order .

Do shipping costs count towards the $50 minimum for FREE shipping?
Shipping costs do not count towards the free shipping minimum. Free shipping activates when $50 is reached for the subtotal at checkout

Are weekends counted for shipping days?
Please note, weekends are not part of standard or expedited shipping times.

Where does Free Shipping apply?
Free shipping on orders over $50 only apply to the Continental USA.

Why do I see a shipping charge when I added over $50 in products and I am shipping in the Continental USA?
This is because there is an item in your selection that incurs a separate exclusive charge. If there is a separate charge applied, that will be noted in the item description.
