DOMESTIC - CONTIGUOUS USA:

We SHIP: Monday - Friday. 

We make every attempt to ship out all orders within 1-3 business days.
With a few exceptions, all of our products are sent Priority Mail by USPS.

Please call or email us the items you desire to have shipped. We will custom quote your shipping cost for best accuracy.

RETURNS:

To more efficiently process your return, please email us infoeverydayzen@gmail.com to notify us of the return. We will then send you the shipping address.

We accept returns within 30 days of original order date. To receive a full refund, the item must be in like NEW condition with the original product packaging, all labels attached. Item must be received by us before the 30 days of your original purchase date. All clothing items must be unworn all tags attached. Patron incurs shipping costs.

Consumables are non-returnable. Here are examples of consumables:
Tea
Incense
Smudge products including Sage, cedar, palo santo, sweetgrass, etc.
Body care products including: soaps, body oils, bath salts, perfume
Essential Oils
In addition, these items are non-returnable:

EXCHANGES:

To more efficiently process your exchange, please email us at infoeverydayzen@gmail.com to notify us of the exchange. We will then confirm whether that item is available and send you the shipping address.
Once confirmed, you can call us to order your new item or pay for it directly online.

We accept exchanges within 30 days of original purchase date,
If you would like to make an exchange for a different size or color. Once you send the original item to us like NEW with the original product packaging, then we will credit you for the amount you paid for the original item. Patron is responsible for shipping costs.

REPLACEMENT GOODS:

Sometimes unfortunately, products get damaged during the shipping process.
If this happens, notify us within three days of delivery via email along with a picture of the damaged item and the damaged box. We will resend you a replacement if available or refund you for the amount paid.

ATTEMPTED DELIVERY OR REFUSED DELIVERY:

Our carriers will make up to three attempts to deliver your package before returning to us. If your package is returned to us due to a failed attempted delivery or a refusal of delivery, Upon receipt of your package, we will refund your purchase amount less all associated shipping fees plus a 10% restocking fee.
